1. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • For BDO Direct Bank Deposit, orders will only be processed once payment has been cleared and verified.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been approved for shipping.

2. Payment Verification

We accept the following payment methods:

BDO Direct Bank Deposit

Orders will only be shipped after funds have been successfully cleared in our bank account.

Customers must:

        • Send exact payment.

        • Provide screenshot or proof of deposit for verification.

PayMongo Payments

We accept:

        • Credit/Debit Cards

        • GCash, Maya, GrabPay

        • Online Banking (BPI, UnionBank)
        • Buy Now, Pay Later (Billease)

Orders paid via PayMongo are verified automatically once payment is successful.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Shipping availability depends on:

      • Courier service coverage
      • Accessibility of delivery location
      • Type and size of product ordered

Our Online Sales Team will contact the customer if special shipping arrangements are needed.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

    • Provincial Areas: 5–10 business days

    • Remote or hard-to-reach areas: May take longer depending on courier availability

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Product weight and size

    • Selected courier

Shipping cost will be communicated before final confirmation of the order.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

    • You will receive a confirmation message.

    • Tracking details will be provided when available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Failed Deliveries

Orders may be considered failed delivery if:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided

    • Customer is unreachable

    • Delivery was refused without valid reason

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

    • Take clear photos of the package and product immediately (Recommend: Use TimeMark application).

    • Contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Provide order number and photo/video evidence.

Claims reported beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
