At Eureka Home Appliances, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Item is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon delivery.

    • Item received is incorrect (wrong product or model).

    • Return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    • Product is unused and in its original packaging with complete accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.

    • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

    • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective).

    • Change of mind after purchase.

3. Return Process

The request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via our official Facebook page or website contact form.
  2. Provide the following:
    • Order number.

    • Complete name.

    • Photos or video of the item showing the issue.

    • Proof of purchase.

Do not ship any item back without prior approval.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

    • Item is confirmed defective or incorrect after inspection.

    • Product is returned and verified by our team.

Refund processing time:

    • Bank transfers and online payments: 5–10 business days after approval.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds will be processed minus the payment gateway transaction fee charged by PayMongo. This fee is non-refundable.
